The Orange Collar- The Orange Collar (sometimes called 'The Orange Collar of New England) was started in late 2004 as a company to house an underground magazine of the same name. After a brief publication of the magazine in mid 2005 further distribution of the media was put on hold due to insufficient printing funds. While still in operation the magazine featured the writings over over 20 individuals with articles and writing submissions of all genres. There has been much recent talk of resuming publications in the near future but this concept is somewhat open ended. The OC also featured a forum of similar caliber to Loosh Mania (mentioned below) but only half as successful.

Loosh Mania- The first online student community started in mid 2004 by Lucian Wintrich and proved to be an immediate success generating over 1,000 individual counter hits a day with a staff of over 10 people. After a brief run in with the PPSB Loosh Mania as an operation was terminated and then brought back half a year later with a loss of success. Before the project was revisited, noting the success and popularity of Loosh Mania, many much smaller organizations decided to imitate the concept. The newer imitations while some made news did not come close to the design or popularity of the initial project.
